PrimeApe Pharma Delivery Cancellation Policy

At PrimeApe Pharma, we take pride in delivering your pharmaceutical products safely, securely, and on time. We understand that sometimes plans change, and you may need to cancel or modify your delivery order. To ensure smooth operations and fairness to both our customers and delivery team, we’ve outlined our delivery cancellation policy below:

Cancellation Terms:

• Orders canceled within 6 hours of placement will incur no cancellation fee, and any payments made will be fully refunded.
• Orders canceled after 6 hours but before dispatch will be subject to a 10% processing fee to cover handling and preparation costs.
• Orders canceled after dispatch or upon arrival will be non-refundable, and you may be charged the full order amount including delivery fees.

Failed Deliveries:

If our delivery team is unable to complete the delivery due to:

• Incorrect address provided
• No authorized recipient available
• Refusal to accept the order without valid reason

The order will be considered a failed delivery and non-refundable. Redelivery may be available for an additional fee.

Refund Processing:

Eligible refunds will be processed within 5-7 business days to the original payment method. Processing times may vary depending on your bank or payment provider.

Modifications:

If you need to modify your delivery details (address, time, recipient, etc.), please contact us before dispatch. Once the order is out for delivery, modifications may not be possible.
