We currently offer delivery services within Metro Manila, Philippines, including but not limited to the following areas:

Delivery Timeframes:

  • Standard Delivery: Orders placed before [3 PM PST] will be processed and dispatched the same day and typically delivered within 4-5 days.
  • Next-Day Delivery: Available for orders placed after the cutoff time, subject to availability.
  • Express Delivery: Expedited delivery may be available at an additional charge. Please contact us for more information.

Note: Delivery times may vary based on order volume, weather conditions, or unforeseen circumstances.

Delivery Requirements:

  • All deliveries require a valid government-issued ID and, if necessary, a valid prescription upon receipt.
  • An authorized individual (18 years or older) must be present to accept and sign for the delivery.
  • Prime Ape Pharma reserves the right to refuse delivery if recipient verification is not possible.
 

Delivery Confirmation:

Once your order is dispatched, you will receive a confirmation message with:

  • Estimated delivery window
  • Delivery agent contact details (if applicable)
  • Order tracking information (if available)
 

Missed Deliveries:

If no authorized recipient is available at the time of delivery:

  • Our delivery team will attempt to contact you.
  • If the delivery cannot be completed, the order will be returned to our facility, and redelivery may be scheduled for an additional fee.

Please double-check your delivery address, contact information, and order details before confirming your purchase. Prime Ape Pharma is not responsible for delays or failed deliveries due to incorrect information provided by the customer.
